These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the p7ppp platform ("Company") and any user of the platform ("you" or "User"). By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms.

Definitions

• "Platform" means the p7ppp website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" means the User's registered profile through which platform services are accessed.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended or closed and the associated funds being forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be fully truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.4 Account Security

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) secure. Access to the account must not be granted to any other person. If any unauthorized activity is suspected on the account, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on the p7ppp platform are currently available through the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
• Nagad — the digital payment service of Bangladesh Post Office.
• Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Some delays may occur under special circumstances such as national holidays or system maintenance.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If a chargeback, fraud, or any form of illegal financial activity is detected, the Company reserves the right to suspend or close the account and hold the associated funds. Relevant authorities may be notified in such cases.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (based on the bonus amount). Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus → ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply only to eligible users.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another player.

4.4 VIP Program & Cashback

Regular players can enjoy the benefits of p7ppp's VIP Program. The program has four tiers, each with a different weekly cashback rate:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active gameplay.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

p7ppp is committed to ensuring fair play across all its games. Games available on the platform are supplied by verified game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi) that use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failing to meet eligibility requirements (such as age limit).

6.2 User Rights

Users may contact the support team at any time to request account closure. An opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before the account is closed, unless funds are being held due to a rule violation.

p7ppp gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. Data collected on the platform is used solely for providing services, account verification, and meeting applicable legal obligations.
